Hinged feature makes it easier to clean underneath the toilet. The riser installs easily under your existing toilet seat with the provided 6" brushed steel screws and wing nuts. It is designed to fit a standard toilet bowl and gives the user a 3.5 inches rise. Toilet risers can be used by anyone who has trouble getting all of the way down to their existing toilet.
